We separate our frame sizes into three categories: small, medium, and large/xl. Each pair is measured across the widest part of a lens, which is called the lens diameter. If the widest part of the lens is from top to bottom, then that would be the lens diameter.

  1. Small - Our narrow fit frames have a lens diameter of 51mm or less.
  2. Medium - Our medium fit frames have a lens diameter ranging from 52mm to 53mm.
  3. Large/XL - Our wide fit frames have a lens diameter of 55mm and up.

The sizing is the official measuring standard for all frames:
Example: A:60 B:38.5 ED:62 DBL:18 TL:135

A = the horizontal measurement of the lens
B = the vertical measurement of the lens
ED = Effective Diameter defines the minimum diameter lens that will fit a frame when the geometric center of the lens is exactly centered in the frame.
DBL = Distance Between Lenses or the bridge size
TL = Temple Length
