How much is shipping?
Domestic shipping is always free. We do not currently ship internationally. 

When can I expect my order?
The processing time depends on several things: the type of order, whether your order is complete (Do we have your prescription and PD?), and when you place it. Typically you can expect 7-10 business days for a single-vision prescription and 5 business days for a home try-on. Switch orders take approximately 10-15 business days. 

Your items are dispatched as they become available, beginning with those already in stock. 

How do I track my package?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number and tracking link of your specific shipper. 

What is your return policy?
You have thirty (30) days from the date you receive the glasses to call us for a return authorization (RA) number if you want to return them for any reason. We will replace broken frames at no charge for the life of the prescription.
