We're not in-network with VSP, but it's simple to apply for reimbursement on prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses after purchasing. Just follow the steps below.
1. Fill out claim form at vsp.com
Log in to vsp.com to complete a claim form and submit it along with your itemized receipt to this address:

**2. Submit your completed claim form** (online or in the mail, depending on the instructions provided by your carrier) along with your itemized Optics Outfitter receipt. Need another copy of your receipt, physical or digital? Please give us a shout at firstname.lastname@example.org.
**3. Now the easiest part:** If you have an eligible out-of-network benefit, you'll typically be reimbursed within 2–3 weeks of submitting your claim (but that can vary depending on your carrier).
