Obtained this as alternate to elastic band/strap that came with my Pathfinder. Looking for a means to more easily remove glasses and adjust tightness, while wearing with all layers of head PPE - N95 and surgical mask - that all have straps. The ability to quickly loosen the glasses and to remove from face while not getting entangled among the other cords and straps about me head is appreciated. Elastic strap is good, too, but perhaps for slightly different purpose - to be unobtrusive, and to lie closely to head, and to stay on underneath helmets, PAPRs, etc. Both forms of straps are useful and recommended
