Prescription Type: Progressive

I received my PPE goggles with prescription progressive lens in a timely manner. However, there was a problem with the prescription and the glasses were unusable. They have me a return label to return them so they could fix them. That was three weeks ago. I have called them twice, trying to be as patient as possible considering all the issues with the pandemic. However, when I called them back a week after they received them, and a week later, they never bothered to call me back. I’ve called them again today and they are still telling me they will “call me back”. If I ever get my glasses back, I will update this review.
